Weird Homes Tour – Houston
Joe Axline loves two things: airplanes and freedom. Ever since watching the 70’s TV show “The Magician” where the hero lives on an airplane and solves crimes, Joe has always wanted to live in an airplane but never felt he could do so.
Located off of a country road west of Katy, Joe has not one but TWO converted airplane fuselages. They house all the creature comforts anyone could expect with a full living room, kitchen, bath, porch, and multiple bedrooms but Joe isn’t stopping just there. His grand plan includes adding a mini-control tower and a mini-terminal to house is own plane. All connected with walkways.
Joe doesn’t want to live in an airplane home but an AIRPORT home.
