Tiny Digs Hotel

Posted in 2019 Portland Weird Homes, All Weird Homes

In 2016, owners Pam Westra and Allison Meyer transformed an old car dealership in Portland’s vibrant Kerns neighborhood into a hotel oasis of 8 tiny homes surrounding an outdoor lounge lit by twinkling lights. While tiny home design tends to lean heavily modern, each tiny home at Tiny Digs has its own unique and interesting design theme. Guests can choose from everything from the train caboose inspired “Arthur”, to a playful and seductive Gypsy Wagon to the Zen inspired “Bamboo” home complete with koi pond and everything in between.  Tiny Digs wants to demonstrate that style and function aren’t mutually exclusive, even in tiny spaces.

But you don’t have to book a room to check it out.  Get a sneak peak of two of the hotel’s tiny homes on the tour.  It’s the perfect opportunity to think about your own tiny home project or decide on the location of your next staycation.
