When painter and acro-yogini, Randi Southard, bought her small home in east Austin, she had a vision to transform it into something so much more.  After plenty of concrete, metal, blood, sweat and tears later,  Indra’s Awarehouse now stands as a visual and performing arts studio and collaborative creative space for aerial artists, costume designers, painters and musicians.  That’s phase one.  Phase two is that It is also on the path to becoming a healing center for bodyworkers, holistic energy consultants and other health loving yogis. Built largely  through collaborative volunteer work, using mostly up cycled materials, Indra’s Awarehouse is a visual testament of people driven for progress and the collective good, or as Randi describes it, a “sustainable community showcase and creation innovation liberation station”.
